Digging deeper is travelling back in time. Pass rotary phones from the 1920s, knights' helmets, Roman coins, Stone Age axes and mammoth tusks, then T-Rex teeth, Jurassic ammonites and 500-million-year-old trilobites – all the way down to the rock the Earth was born with.
You're not alone down there. Your mining crew slides down after every blast to clear the rubble and sell it, and the lamplighter hangs big floodlights to light up the dark shaft. Hire more miners to earn even faster.
But the Earth fights back. Every zone the rock gets harder and your craters shrink. Break through granite slabs, set off methane pockets, old wartime bombs and coal-dust chain reactions, and push on through the glowing mantle into the molten core.

5. Buy nukes for huge craters. The Tsar Bomba is the biggest of all.
6. Keep going deeper. The rock gets harder every zone, so keep upgrading – and reach the center of the Earth!
